Bjoern Brauel is working for the German vendor Software AG as a technology evangelist. In his position he is representing Software AG`s crossvision SOA suite at conferences, trade shows as well as customer events and seminars on a global basis. He is also working with customers, communities and analysts in driving technology trends, enabling customer visions as well as understanding the needs for the future in the IT world. Bjoern has a strong technology background while working in R&D, pre-sales as well as marketing positions. He is well known in the industry as a speaker for being able to transport technology messages to a business audience while remaining precise and honest. For the past 5 years, his main focus has been on Service Oriented Architecture and enabling technologies around XML and Web-Serivices. Prior to joining Software AG, he was working as part of the open source community for more than 10 years. |
