Steven Palmaers is a researcher working at XIOS Hogeschool Limburg - www.xios.be - in Diepenbeek, Belgium. Recently, Steven also started working as an independent consultant.
He has been working on various IT research projects, focusing on Java technology, with topics including JavaME, location-based services, peer-to-peer technology (using JXTA), and lately, OSGi (http://www.osgi.org).
