Tom Baeyens is the founder and lead of JBoss jBPM, the open source workflow engine.
His ambition is to create a general mindshare around workflow and BPM. Tom combines expertises in BPM, workflow and orchestration with up-to-date Java architecture knowledge, which resulted in the creation of the Process Virtual Machine. He's a frequent speaker on BPM, workflow and Java at international conferences.
